Technology
All our test benches are designed around tried-and-tested software with a Windows interface that can be used anywhere and connected remotely so that our services can take control of them at any time, guaranteeing you quick and easy maintenance. Our software incorporates all cycle operation, with all results recorded on a database linked to your MES (Managing Execution System).
All the wiring is referenced at input and output, and the file is given to the customer to enable easy maintenance and, above all, to guarantee any future developments.
Our benches incorporate a PLC to manage all the inputs and outputs, and can be doubled with a safety PLC to protect the operators.
We can integrate any pneumatic or hydraulic circuit to control the bench’s various actuators and automate tests as far as possible. All our pneumatic and hydraulic equipment is adjusted in terms of control pressure and the strokes to be performed on the test bench to ensure optimum long-term performance.

All our measurement chains are certified and tested annually by COFRAC referents to guarantee all our measurements.
Our certified measurement chains are used to calibrate our in-house and customer benches.
