SINGLE-CHANNEL RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT BENCH: QUALIFICATION OF INJECTORS

Qualification of gasoline, diesel or ethanol injectors

The ITB test bench is dedicated to the complete qualification of gasoline, diesel or ethanol injectors.

It can be fitted with an IFR flowmeter (for measuring injection volume or mass, as well as injection rate). It can also include the INJETVISION vision chamber for a very precise study of the morphological evolution of injector jets.

In the case of an EMI3 flowmeter, it can be used to measure the volume injected and the time taken to open or close the injector, etc.) in order to optimize costs.

Although it is very compact, it has a spacious operating cabin and a host of safety features to enable tests to be carried out in complete safety.

MEASURES TO QUALIFY INJECTORS

  • Validation of inrush currents with adjustment of maximum current and duration
  • Validation of tolerances for clear opening in all environmental conditions
  • Adjustment of holding current to guarantee opening without overheating
  • Definition of a complete MAP of the injector as a function of rail pressure and control time to define its signature of use.

COMPACT

Reduced size frame 2000 mm x 1100 mm

COMPLETE
