HPC, high pressure pump control for inspection and qualification

HPC – high pressure controller

This module is used to control the high pressure of common rail diesel or gazoline injection systems and to qualify each of the components integrated in the system: pressure sensor, control actuator, safety valve.

The HPC can control any type of high-pressure pump available on the market (pressure regulation on the low-pressure side, on the high-pressure side, the 2 solutions combined, direct regulation with the customer system).

There is safety supervision and control, sensor linearization and extensive adjustment.

xHPC sofware

The Windows-based xHPC software provides a simple interface for configuring all HPC parameters, displaying regulated pressure and actuator status in real time, and performing advanced functions such as :

• actuator impedance test
• rail safety valve test
• rail pressure sensor test.
