Our Sensor, Instrumentation, and Connected Device Projects
EFS has extensive experience in the design of sensors, instrumentation, and connected devices. Our presence in sectors such as automotive, construction, and heavy industry enables us to operate in complex application environments. Here are a few examples:
- Measurement solutions for constrained and harsh environments. These include non-contact, wireless dimensional measurement systems for plates at temperatures exceeding 1300 °C. (remote and wireless measurement).
- Measurement systems embedded within mechanical parts. Development of a system capable of withstanding harsh environmental conditions: vibrations, shocks, high temperatures, submerged equipment, etc. (wireless and embedded equipment).
- Vehicle assembly tracking on the production line (IIoT system Creat’Line).
- Equipment for SNCF to assist with shunting operations, ensuring safe communication between train drivers and the shunting supervisor (radio equipment using the TETRA network).
We were also involved in designing the electronics for the sensor head and for the automatic watering control module for green corollas. (IoT LTE-M smart city module).
