EMI 1500-3000-6000 FLOWMETER

Large volume flowmeter

The 1500-3000-6000 mechanics are used on production lines to check injectors or injection pumps, but can also be used to set engine parameters.

This mechanism is dedicated to test ship or train engines, as it allows a large volume to be injected per revolution.

It is suitable for testing both older systems (in-line pump) and more recent systems (unitary or common rail pump). This mechanism, combined with the E8888 electronic rack, allows up to 5 injection measurements per revolution.

Composition of the EMI3000 flowmeter

  • A mechanism housing the nozzle holder and the measurement system
  • Electronics (3U 19″ rack) managing the measurement cycle and performing all the calculations at each revolution
  • xEMI3 software
  • Two 8-metre cables.
  • An Ethernet link for connection to the PC

xEMI3 is a supervision interface between the user and the measuring device This software runs under the Windows ® operating system and uses an Ethernet link.
