HPC RACK: CONTROL OF ALL TYPES OF HIGH-PRESSURE PUMPS

This High Pressure Controller (HPC) module regulates the high pressure of diesel or gazoline common rail injection systems. Its role is also to qualify each of the components integrated into the system, such as the pressure sensor, the control actuator and the safety valve.

As a result, the HPC rack can control any type of high-pressure pump available on the market. For example, pressure regulation can be on the low-pressure side, on the high-pressure side, or both solutions combined. It can also regulate directly with the customer’s system.

In addition, there is safety supervision and control, sensor linearization and extensive adjustment.

The Windows-based xHPC software provides a simple interface for configuring all HPC parameters, displaying regulated pressure and actuator status in real time, and performing advanced functions such as :

• Actuator impedance test
• Rail safety valve test
• Rail pressure sensor test.
