LIQUID INSTANTANEOUS FLOWMETER: IFR 600

The instantaneous liquid flowmeter for simultaneous measurement of the injected mass and the injection rate

The liquid instantaneous flowmeter IFR 600 is a device designed to measure injection volumes or masses as well as the injection rate at each stoke. It is used to monitor the high-energy systems fitted to modern petrol and diesel engines.

It is the ideal flowmeter for Research and Development or injector production applications, as it provides a highly detailed analysis of the injector.

Fields of application

  • Automobiles
  • Trucks
  • Motorbikes
  • Construction machinery
  • Generator sets

FAST

This instantaneous mass flow meter lets you measure up to 10 injections per revolution.

COMPACT

Only one device is needed to measure the quantity injected and the injection rate simultaneously.

l

ACCURATE

It provides ultra-fast, accurate measurements of all injection parameters per revolution: injection quantity, injection rate and open/close delay.

COMPLETE

The liquid instantaneous flowmeter IFR 600 provides instantaneous measurement, minimum, maximum and standard deviation of all the parameters you need.

Composition of the liquid instantaneous flowmeter IFR 600

  • Mechanics integrating mass, pressure and temperature measurements.
  • Electronics that manage the measurement cycle and perform all the calculations at each revolution..
  • xIFR software (for Windows)
  • Two 8-metre cables.
  • An Ethernet link for connection to the PC

xIFR is a supervision interface between the user and the measuring device. This software runs under the Windows ® operating system and uses an Ethernet link.
