The IFR 600 (Injection Flow and Rate) flowmeter is a device designed to measure injection volumes or masses as well as the injection rate at each shot. It is used to monitor the high-energy systems fitted to modern petrol and diesel engines.

It is the ideal flowmeter for Research and Development or injector production applications, as it provides a highly detailed analysis of the injector.

xIFR is a supervision interface between the user and the measuring device. This software runs under the Windows ® operating system and uses an Ethernet link.

 

    Technical specifications

    • Total volume injected per cycle: from 0.5 to 600 mm³ (linearized scale) up to 1500 mm³.
    • Accuracy of measurement: 0.2 mg/shot from 0 to 200 mg, 0.4 mg/shot up to 600 mg and 1 mg thereafter
    • Injection opening time: Accuracy: 0.1 μs
